The standard loading point consists of:

• Loading platform: metal connection ramp, with different formats and capacities that allows you to connect the interior of the warehouse with the vehicle floor. They can be manual or electro hydraulic;
• Door: when the loading point is closed, various types of doors are installed, they can be rigid sectional doors or in light fast-rolling PVC material;
• Isothermal sealant: it is a perimeter coating coated with a special rubber that adapts to the size of the truck in order to eliminate drafts and meteoric infiltrations during the connection phases. In controlled temperature warehouses it can also be used for thermal insulation of the loading point;
• Accessories and safety devices: the loading points are completed with safety systems and various accessories, they fall into this category:

• • Rubber bumpers: buffers in elastic material, to prevent the vehicle from being damaged when maneuvering.
  • Traffic light system: alerts the driver when the operator is ready to carry out the docking operations;
  • Floor guides: sturdy metal tubes that facilitate the positioning of the vehicle in the precise connection point to the dock leveler.
